Unhappy 1999 E320 - Gear Box Stucks!

Hi All! I've bought 1999 E320 (not 2000 model, petrol engine) 9-10 days ago. Since then gear box stucks. It mostly happens in the morning, when engine is cold. I try to drive, but gear box doesn't shift up the gear. I stop the car, turn off engine, wait for a while, then start again. Somtimes it fixs, sometimes not. But when I drive for a while, it works normal. Sometimes when I stop at traffic-light and try to drive in green light, it stucks again, I decrease the speed, then it shifts (this is actually late shift). But late shift still exist, though I drive for a while. Diagnostics shows absolutely clean and no Check Engine Light is on.When I've bough the car, changed all filters and engine oil, except the transmission fluid and filter, as master said that it is normal, but there were more fluid in transmisson than normal (for about 1 litre more fluid).Anyone has met the same problem, and what are the suggestions? Should this from transmission fluid and filter or is there another problem? Your comments are highly appreciated! P.S. Car was stopped (was not driven) for a while before it was brought from Germany. Thanks in advance!
