1990 300E Cold start
 

I have new MAS, OVP and cold start injector. Also new plugs, ignition wires and dis. cap and rotor. Car will not start easily when cold. After warm up, runs great but idles at 500 rpm and fuel consuption needle at 1/4. When cold, have to keep gas padel pressed to keep idle high for a minute so it want stop. Then it idles rough without gas pedal pressed. After it has warmed up to 80-85 degrees, still idles at 500 rpm. I dont get voltage at the cold start injector when I crank it. (when cold and ignition coil wire pulled out). Checked vaccum lines OK. Any help will be appreciated. I think it runs rich too.
