Ive taken out the factory radio and by snipping all the wires and connected it to my pioneer head unit, here are the problems

= antenna mass doesnt go up when i switch it on

= Since i got a new head i wanna replace the rear speakers, i bought 4" rockfords, and the question is should i rewire it (to the head or fader) and is there a quick guide to rewire my rear speakers coz i dont wanna buy a manual. l thanks yall

 

Your antenea is triggered by the blue wire. As for the fader switch, disconnect it. Follow the wires from the fader, and you'll find the speaker wires.
