1988 300TE No Dashlights / Cruise Intermittent

Any suggestions. 1988 300TE, no dashlights fuse good.....where do I look?

Cruise, as the car gets warmer it works better. Kicks off though all the time??

I have a '90 300TE that had intermittant cruise. I had to put in a new cruise brain and it has worked fine ever since...
