It says on the sheet in the fuse box that the blower motor fuse is outside the fuse box. Where is it and what does it look like? I have a 1988 300TE.

Also, if it turns out that it isn't the fuse, where is the blower motor regulator? I've already replaced the blower motor thinking that that was it.

Any help would be appreciated.
