CD changer and Sirius???

I recently bought a used 2006 CLS500.

I was under the impression it would come with a 6 disk CD changer as standard equipment. My bad for not really investigating this, so my question is - can this be added at the dealer? I'm pretty sure a Sirius Sat. radio can be installed.

both can be installed at the dealership. some dealers just don't want to be bothered with doing it.
