winter tires and rims for 2002 clk 430
 

looking to buy a spare set of rims and tires. the owner's manual discusses 16' rims (apparently four of them) vs. the 17' and a size of 205/55R/16.

besides the fact that the manual says so, is this the best combo for the winter? if so,the reduced sizes (all around) will be cheaper:)

4 AMG OME thin-spoke monoblock rims excellent condition , with mounted Blizzak LM-22 winter tires .225-40R17 91 H rated front 245-40R17 91 H rear. Rims are 7.5J x 17 front and 8.5J x 17 rear. Less than 2000 miles on tires. Rims are like new no scratches . $1000+ shipping
