Default Tuning

I have around a $2500 budget for this car to upgrade for horsepower, another $1400 for rims. I'm looking for black rims with chrome lip. As far as upgrading for HP, I was thinking Iceman cold air filter, it's got K&N in it now, exhaust, and possibly a few other things. I need ya'lls help on deciding what fits and where to look for what I want. It's a 2003 Mercedes CLK500 with the AMG 17 inch rims. Also I was looking for a supercharger as well, what brand and such will fit my engine? I'm not 100% sure wether I have the 5.0 or the 4.7, but I'm fairly certian it's the 5.0.

I don't need anyone to install it. I'll be doing that work with my bestfriend. Superchargers we're looking at are NOT renntech/brabus/tuning house type. I'm not 100% sure on what will fit. That's why I'm asking. As far as the air intake, I decided negative on the CAI and went with 2x K&N performance filter. Whoever changed the air filter last, used a no-name from autozone. We're really considering just an exhaust at this point, with the K&N Filters, either exhaust catback, full exhaust, or E-cutout exhaust. Not sure which will gain the most HP. We're open to any and all ideas, do they make performance chip upgrades for the 2003 CLK500 series? That's another thing I was looking for someone to point me in the right direction. We could do a turbo, we just turbo'd his mustang(90) 302 backyard/junkyard kit and went from 294hp to 358hp.

Even over a Driveworks? This is not the stock Air Filter that MB put in initially. This is one that was replaced by the previous owner of my vehicle @ Advanced Auto Parts, believe it's a Driveworks brand. Actually believe the left was Driveworks maybe, and the right Purolator. I thought K&N would be a much better choice than those two. I'm not sure on the cost of the OEM air filter either, I figure I'll call this morning and find out if it's actually that much better for the engine.
