Default Steering Wheel Creeking 2003 Clk

The Car has about 96,000 miles on it . It seems when you rapidly turn the wheel in opposite directions like parking there is an unexplained creaking that takes place . When I listen by the drivers front tire , sounds like it gets louder by the strut , Did the same on the passenger side , then I opened the hood and it sounds like underneath the middle of the engine . I put the car on ramps when underneath and sounds like the struts .

I don't know how to Identify where this sound is coming from , I suspected the rack/pinion . Then maybe that universal joint at the top of the struts , I thought maybe something might need lubricating .

I brought the car to my dealer where I always maintain the car and based on My "Tech Advisor" He won't let the car in because I upgraded the suspension. I have a Bilstien PSS9 with HK coil overs and Sway bars on the car for years and never a squeak .

Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Thank you
Inno
