Side sill damage

When parking my car last night, I hit the sill under the drivers door.

The car is an early 208 with black painted sills.

Does anyone know the specificiation of that paint. It looks like some heavy rough textured paint, but the local paint shop cant come up with one from the paint numbers on the plate.

Could be called skirt. Suppose it depends on what part of the world you are from.
