Replacing fog light bulbs on 00 CLK 320?

One of the fog light bulbs is burnt out and the manual does not show how to replace it.
Also that fog light seems to be missaligned. Could someone give me directions on how to remove the fog light? Does it involve removing the front bumper cover?
