power window problem

power window problem
I have a 2001 CLK Cabriolet. The driver side window goes up all the way then goes down 1/4 of the way when the door is closed. If the door is open the window works correctly. Can anyone help with some suggestions. Is it a adjustment in the door or a bad sensor?

I had the same issues with my sunroof on this.
2 solutions.
Either you need to synchronize the windows ( Mercedes dealer can do it only)
Or somehow clean it up.
By that i mean that Mercedes has a safety build in to go down whenever smth is on the way; lets say you have your hand there and stuff.
It cost me 92$ plus tax for this service.
