Hello again, i used the link u sent me and i got a code when i entered it the word wait came up on the screen stayed for ten minutes and they asked for the code again nothing happened
Have u got any suggestion,here the model of my radio Audio 10 cd.

I personally have never had to do this, but when I googled some info; it suggested: To obtain your radio code you can: Visit your local authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. Contact our Customer Assistance Center with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Via phone: at 1-800-FOR-MERCEDES (1-800-367-6372). Maybe try that?
