Help climate control wont shut off!!!

I used to be able to turn off my ac with the (-) fan button now no dice... Any suggestions???

disconnect and re-connect battery.

Yeah I got it from the dealer thanks Now I need the tools because I wanna change it out lol... I need in dash cd. I saw some on ebay for $7 think i'll order them.
