fuel pump and filter on '99 clk320 question
 

Has anyone done a DIY on replacing external fuel pump and filter?
Looks like an easy job excepting the need for special pliers to
remove the Mercedes clamps. Can someone direct me to what these
pliers are called and if new clamps are required? Also wonder if there are
any quality aftermarket pumps worth considering as OEM are ~$300
