Default Engine stalled and wont start!

Ok. 2003 CLK 500 with 90k+ miles on it. While driving, not wreckless, but over the speed limit, then engine just died on me! This is the second time its happend. Both times were in the evening. It started up two days later the first time and was cool for about a month. During that time I searched the forums for answers and it sounded like a Crankshaft Position Sensor problem. Ordered the sensor then it happend again! Installed the sensor(Was a pain in the ***!) but car still wont start. Turns over, but nothing! Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx

Camshaft sensor can cause a no start, but I would check fuel pressure before replacing this sensor.

I just replaced the CRANKshaft(BOSCH new) position sensor. Plus the fuel filters(NEWfrom M.B. parts counter) about a month ago. Yesterday I put Starting Fluid in and it started right up then immediately bogged out.
