Default Driving impressions/curb weight

HI!
I have the CLK 500/550/55 (05-07) convertible a as potential for my next car. I love the looks, but have concerns about the 3900 pound weight. I know it's not intended as a sports car, but will it still be fun to drive?(trying to set up a test drive soon) I was also considering the SLK, but when I compare the looks side by side, the SLK just looks too short and kind of like a kid's car. (no offense to SLK owners) Kind of strange but it's coming down to a CLK or a 2002 Porsche 911 cabrio.

Thanks!

No one can give me their driving impression of a CLK V8 car? Do they drive like slugs, like the old 560SL? Are they fun to drive or is it like driving a Lincoln?

Default Mine rocks

I have a 01 - 430clk and it will smoke the tires off the back with only a few minor mods (chipped and cold air). It is a blast on the highway but if you really wanna go go go, you need to drop it a gear or two. Definately not your daddys lincoln.
