CLK320 No A/C
I have a CLK320 with no A/C. The temperature in the Chicago area has been around 90 degrees, so I am hoping to resolve this soon. I tried to get a diagnostic code from the control module, but could not get any code to register. I am thinking it is a bad evap. temp. sensor, but no way to test and hate to spend the money if this is not the cause. Any help would be appreciated.
I also live in the Chicago area and have had the same problem. There is an MB mechanic in Woodridge, Pinnacle Automotive ((630) 512-0516 the owners name is Steve. ). There are awesome and honest as the day is long. They fixed my AC for about $135. My prblem was the EC button wouldn't turn off. My car codes aid it was the evap temp sensor. When I took it to them it was not the sensor the R-134a was just low.
