Hello all, new user, old car nut.

Here is the problem, CLK430 shuts down while driving, so i changed CPS (OEM) and i replaced plugs and filters less than 1k miles ago.

Will shut down while driving but also when i place trans in Reverse (mostly) and Drive (a couple of times).

CEL might stay on on first occurance, but will not save any codes.
Scanner doesnt show a damn thing.
Fuel pressure OK (new fuel filter), spark OK.

Before i changed the CPS it died and wont start until it cooled down, but now with the new CPS it will just die but i am able to restart on the first try.

So resuming, have fixed all the basics, but the problem persists.
What else could it be?

Shifter sensor?
Fuel pump ? (pressure 100% ok)
