Looked at CLK's yesterday and have two questions:

1. When will the car be updated or redesigned by MB? Compared to the other MB's at the dealerships, the CLK is, to me, starting to look a little dated so I'm guessing they've got a new one in the works. When will a revised or re-designed CLK be on the market?

2. I understand the CLK has the 5-speed transmission not the 7-speed transmisson found in the SLK and ML to name two. When will the 7-speed tranny be in the CLK (why isn't it in there now)?

the 209 CLK is the later version with much better system than the 208.

2004 and later is good.

 

it does have the 7 speed tranny... it might not standard, but i think the dealerships almost always get the ones with 7 speed.

that's an option for all the mbs. even my brother's c230 has it.
