I wanted to see if anyone can identify this phone cradle. I'd like to find out if it is the cradle that will hold the BlueTooth device that recenty came out for the Benz. I use a Verizon Motorola Q and it seems as though the easiest way to use the phone with the features in my CLK430 would be through BlueTooth. Any thoughts? All responses welcome. Thanks!

I have a 2003 CLK430 Cabriolet and recently purchased the Bluetooth adapter or so called "puck" module. It works great with my Verizon Bluetooth compatible cellphone - don't know how I got along without it! Looking at your picture - you appear to be missing a component- the handset device that fits inside of the cradle. This is the component that the original Merc compatible cellphone fit into and the component that is needed for the Bluetooth adapter that replaces the Merc compatable cellphone.

bluetooth not possible. it depends on COMAND.

 

You are correct - Bluetooth works with the Command function.
