ABS warning light

Default ABS warning light

Hey Sleepwalker Lugnut anyone- should know this, but.....can new brake pads be installed on MBs at any commercial outlet or dealer only ?

Any brake shop can install the parts. The only caveat is whether they have all the parts or can get them quickly. I think they shouldn't have a problem. I was offered a brake job many times by non-Mercedes shops. They may need to go get a part, like the wear senors, but a gofer could go get them while a tech is dismantling the brakes. I doubt there would be delay for you.

Of all the cars i have worked on in my short life (20 years) mercedes is the easyest to change the breke pads on.
