Hello,

My first post but have been browsing for awhile. Hpoe someone can help.
2000 CLK 320 - have had the ABS Brake warning light stay on after car is started after sitting overnight. Has happened twice in the last week. Turn the engine off- re-start and warning light goes away.
Could this be signs that the battery is going bad? Brakes pads and other components are good.
Any ideas?

Is it the standard OBD II reader? I have ready access to one of those.
