About to Purchase CLK500 Help Please
 

I am a newbe here so please be kind.

I have fallen in love with the CLK500 and will be making a purchase very soon. In preparation for buying, I need whatever input I can get as to things to look for.

The vehicle I am interested in is a CLK500 cpe that has 48K on the clock.

I recommend taking it to a Benz Dealer and pay an hour to have the car checked over by someone who knows your vehicle. V8 CLK goes through tires pretty quickly, and loves the gas station. If its a convertible, make sure its working and not leaking. Good luck!

What year CLK500?

Definately have it checked out. If funds are not an issue opt for a CLK550. It's a great car to drive, I just wish mine was a bit faster. Good luck.
