99 Clk430 - Mirror Upgrade Question

Hey All

I have a 1999 CLK 430 Black/Black

Im looking to install the 2002+ Mirrors on it with the
built in signal lights. Is this an easy job, and what is
included? Would I just purchase the 02 mirrors or do
I need some type of conversion kit?
