2005 CLK 500??

2005 CLK 500??
I am considering a purchase of a 2005 CLK 500. The car looks very clean, but the carfax report shows an accident in 2005. I am having it looked at by my mechanic today.
They're asking $20,495. It has 43K miles. Any advice would be much appreciated? Continued maintenance costs?

I have had 14 Benz's in the last 25 years and I just recently sold the '95 SL500 for an '04CLK500 cabriolet and I am amazed! The stats on the CLK are humbling! The 500 puts out 432HP @500ft/lbs of torque! I thought the SL was fast! The CLK500 is NOT C Class car! It is awesome! Have fun. Bob
