Hi my passanger headrest only seems to move about an inch when selected by the swith however when the seat is pulled forward it goes all the way down any ideas cheers lee.

 

hi i just bought an 04 and had the same problem. luckily i spotted it before delivery and they fixed it. i dont think it was anything too major because they had it done that same day.

 

My passanger does not go down at all except when I push the memory selection. I'm wondering if my warrenty will cover it since they did not want to replace it before because of Valet people lost the button for the headrest on the door because it was missing at that time it was working.
