Hi There.
Sorry to sound a bit dumb, but was wondering if anyone could help regarding my a class. It's started making a clunking noise. It's not just when i'm turning left or right, or even when i go over a bump. It can happen when i'm driving in a straight line and for no apparent reason. I've had the springs checked and they're fine. It's driving me mad. Has or does anyone know of this problem.

hi lynne, i have the exact same problem with mine, infact i have just got it back from the garage and they cant find the fault. they thought at first it was the bushes but nope, they then took all my spoilers and underneath coating off and still cant find the problem.
i would love to hear from you if you have found out the problem

Hi All.[/align] Just had my car in for its MOT, and they've located theclunking fault.They've putit down as"nearside rear radius arm has a slight play in pin/bush [2.4.g.3]" that's exactly what it says on the advisory bit. It still passed it's MOT, but said it will eventually need sorting.
