2001 cl600 p0300.

I have a 2001 CL600 with a P0300 along with P0301, 5, 2, 7, 9, 12, 10, 6 and wont throw me any other code and I can't seem to figure out why. Vehicle has 98,8xx miles. I changed Spark plugs with OE Bosch plugs. I did check coils to have spark and they do. Fuel pressure is good. I can not get a reading for my short term/ long term %. My o2 voltages are fine, however my o2B1S1, o2b1s3, b2s1, b2s3, are reading 0.0% for my short term. O2 b1s2 is reading N/A, o2b1s4, b2s2, b2s4 is reading 99.2% for my short term. My MAP is 9.1 at 600 rpm. When at idle, intake sounds like its really sucking air, however, it's running extremely rough at idle. When I put it in D or R it wants to stall out and bucks and shakes the car. What should I check next? Was thinking check for clogged cats, and check EGR valve.
