It says " Fits Mercedes Benz W203 Body Chassis " so as long as you have a W203 C-Class you should be good...

I went to the dealer today. They said that these xenon lights cannot be plugged to my car as the wiring and the control units have to be changed. I am confused now. Can I just remove my headlights and plug these in ? Or Do I have to change the wirings and the control units? Any ideas?
