Where to find these parts??

Where to find these parts??
I have a '95 c280 and Im trying to find 3 parts for it, but not sure what they are called.
1) Switchover Relay Valve??? Its for the transmission, but not sure if thats what its called.
2) The switch on the stearing wheel that controls the wiper. It only works if I keep pressing it, Auto doesnt work. What do you actually call that swith?
3) Vacuum block? Ive heard it called different names, but it has about 5-6 different colored wires running to it. One of the wire connectors are broken.
-What do you actually call these parts? And would anyone suggest getting them from a junk yard, or only brand new?
