Wheel fitment on 2003 C320

Time to get new tires for my car, and I though about getting new rims and tires combo.
Foundthis wheel wheel on ebay and just though maybe I asked before I get it.
Will this fit my car with no fitment issues ?

If offset is correct, then it should fit.
