Default What is this switch???

I just got my first MB and it ihas a missing switch, just left of the shift, and in between the front and rear window controls. Here is a pic. I need to know what this switch does and can I get a replacement? Also, is there a web site to order replacement parts?

Thanks,
Russ

My guess is the child safety switch for the rear windows.

It is only for the winding and unwinding of the rear windows.
If you put it 'off', rear seat passengers will not be able to use the swicth on the door panels to raise or lower the glass.
Child lock for the rear doors are mechanical and located near the door catch. You can see it when the doors are open. Sometimes they are recessed. Look carefullu.
Shan.
