Default Warning

My 2010 C300 continually warns me to "check left side parking lamp".
The light is working properly. A press of the "ok" button clears the warning
but, it's annoying.
Has anyone here experienced this and if so, how did you cure it?

Many thanks,
Mark

The problem is where the mirror housing connects to the wire that supplies the power. I cleaned the male pins and then use a dielectric paste (you can get a small pack of this for a couple of bucks at an auto store)and put a blob of it on the female connector and that should take care of this issue.

Thank you Icebreaker,

Where does one access the connection at the mirror please.
i.e. What comes apart?

You can go right here and it'll show you how to take the housing off:
If you look at where he points the screwdriver next to the 3 lines you'll see a small square piece, that's what the LEDs connects to the connector.
