When you said all the fuses, did you check the ones in the trunk? Also, I don't think the things failing have a reset function, but check your owners manual for an reset functions,i.e. one touch windows, sunrook etc. Other then that did you buy a Mercedes battery or Optima? If not then you might not have enough "battery" for the car. I learned my lesson with this, I always buy a Mercedes battery for my C28o. Some folks say ther Optima has enough "juice" to run all the stuff in this cars. These cars use a lot of "juice" I am on my third battery in three years, as I don't drive much due to a handicap and the less you drive the faster the batteries go. Remember when you turn off your car, it goes into "sleep mode" and the electrics are always drawing from the battery.

This just happened to me today. The problem is a relay. Mercedes used one relay for the wipers, flashers/turn signal, and rear defrost. I check at the stealership and it is a $159 relay.

The relay is located in the fuse box in the engine bay, you have to remove the cover, then remove about 6 screws around the housing, to remove another cover. Under the cover is about 7 relays. I just bought one from here for only $54.42 shipped. My local dealership wanted $159.00 for the same item. Sorry if my explanation isn't clear, I just can not think of a good way to explain it right now.

How do you know which of the seven? Where did you buy it from?
