unleaded in diesel
Hi guys, first post on here cuz of a disaster!!
C220D sports coupe, put unleaded in the tank!! However, the car has not been started and there was still around 18litres of diesel left in the tank. I reckon just draining off the tank and system and replacing the filters then refilling with diesel and it should be ok, but the dealer is saying that petrol has got as far as the fuel rail.............how???? They want to charge me around £5000 to repair, what do you think??
