For a puncture in the center of the tread I have used standard patches that tire stores have applied for me. They seem to work fine at least up to U.S. speeds, which rarely exceed 85 mph or so.

Hi Eric

I was lookin for an ongoing punture solution as I seem to be picking junk off the road all the time and over here in the UK the charge about £15 for a repair (thats $30 US)

This liquid "ultraseal" i saw some hype about and thought it was a con, but it seems to work brilliantly.

Peter.
