I am about to lease a 2011 C300 Sport Sedan 4Matic. Should I opt for the Prepaid Service Program or the Tire/Wheel maintenance program? The first is being offered by the dealer at $20/month while the second at $30/month (for 33 months) are these negotiable, as my friend was quoted $15 / month for the car services at another dealership. The car is to be driven in the NYC area, so there are plenty of potholes...

 

$20 per month to perform the scheduled maintenance - fluid changes etc
$30 per month to replace Tires and Rims for the life of the lease - ie get a flat - MB will replace the tire.
