It seems like a good deal and the seller seemed honest about the minor issues that it has - if you're considering this car, I would still highly recommend that you get a pre-purchase inspection done by an independent Mercedes mechanic. There could be some other issues that arise when the inspection is done. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
