Default Stalling Immediately - P0460 and P1747

My 1997 C230 has once again become my daily driver after my truck was involved in a collision. I've been driving the W202 for over two months now, some days I work from home, 60 miles if I go into the office and over 200 miles on some days. I've had a few check engine lights typically resolved with the OBD II and a quick $20 fix. Aside from a coolant temperature sensor in late-July, I haven't had to do anything. At one point I had an asymptomatic MAF code but I don't remember which. Checked with a multimeter, nothing unusual. Drove to store to buy some MAF cleaner. Started the car up at the store and the light was already gone. I set the cleaner aside and went about my life without issue. Started the car after work the other day only for it to idle rough. Cut the car off, started it again, everything was back to normal. Went in to the office again the next day without issue until I stopped by the store on my way home. When I went to leave, the car started, idled rough for a few seconds before dying. I was able to start the car the second time I tried and received a CEL. Checked ran codes for the CEL as soon as I got home and attempted to start the car again only for it to idle rough and die off. Received P0460 and P1747. Cleaned the MAF with the cleaner I had previously purchased but nothing changed.

Should I be ordering a new MAF sensor or am I looking at something else? The two codes were thrown at the same time which leads me to believe that there's a common denominator. With the truck repairs and the at-fault party's insurance giving me the run around, I'm not in a position to pay for parts I don't need. If I'm not looking at a MAF issue, what's going on?
