speedometer bulb change and gear leather strip change
Does anybody know how to change the bulb in speedometer, does that require to
take the wheel off? Also how difficoult is to change leather strip in transmission?
The old one broke and I need to put the new one in but from pictures printed
by the dealer it looks involving. I have 99-C-280 sport. Any suggestions?

With the Sport model, you have a telescoping steering wheel, so my understanding is NO you don't need to remove the steering wheel. I've never done it. However, here is a link that may help.
I have the same transmission as you but I have no idea what "leather strip" you are refering too.
