Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and just wanted some advice.
I have a c220 which is only 6 months old.

It had to go for a safety recall on Wednesday last week and I got it back on Thursday.

As I only drive it to work I never go in the back seats unless to put shopping and came across this today.



This wasn't there at all before I gave it to the Merc garage because I cleared the car out. I'm planning on going back to Merc about it but any ideas if they don't accept liability, how much it would cost to fix that stitching and tear?
