Reprograming radio
I had my battery disconnected and now my radio says wait.I entered the code and now it just says wait.This is for a 89 c280,thanks guys!

you have entered it 3 times wrongly.
just keep the key on the second "R" position and leave it for 8 hours.
after that "CODE" will appear again.

the scan button (forwad or backward).
sometimes depends on the radio model also. give me the snapshot of your radio.
