Replacement headlight bulbs.
 

Now that I have my headlights working again is there any special bulb that really gives more light than the ones that come stock in a 2003 C240. I replaced the stock ones with Sylvania Silverstars but they only make a slight difference.

I'm looking for something closer to xenon performace if such an aftermarket bulb exists.

Hey Brian, try these bulbs, they are almost twice as bright as the silverstars and use the same wattage. They are from Japan and are very popular among the tuners.
