Problem with locking system
 

Hi,

I have a problem locking my car using a remote control. I can only lock/unlock the driver sided with the remote, but the rest remain unlock. I have to manually push the lock knobs down to be able to lock my whole car. Also, my gas lid would not open sometimes.

Can anyone help me? I don't know what is wrong with my car. My car is 2000 C280.

check all fuses first.

I did checked all the fuses...it is fine.

if your sure the fuses are fine, then now check your door jam switches, on the affected doors.
even when you use the interior switch, only the driver door works? if those are all fine, you could have a vacuum leak someplace. i still suspect a relay or fuse.check fuses in the trunk in front of the spare tire, there are some fuses there too.

Can you help me out with my Lock issue? C220 1996
I have to replace my Tumbler( Key wont turn at all. Ordered a new Key, still no luck)
does the lower Dash separate from the upper? I have everything loose but am afraid to damage the plastic, I cant make out how it is connected.
