Default P0410 O2 Sensor HELP

Guys I REALLLLY need help. my check engine light is on and im pulling the p0410 code. i know this to be a common problem but im stuck. i tried the relay. thats good. the air pump pumps when the car starts initially. that works. im thinking the o2 sensor needs to be replaced as it has 127,000 miles on it. the previous owner drove alot of miles so im gathering he probably didnt do much tune up or maintenence. my other option is dio'ing for a clog. ah i pity that. what about an engine flush ie a chemical at an oil change to remove residue in the head area. im just so stuck right now i dont know what to do. any suggestions???[:@]

for any diy'rs out there, if your ever replacing your O2 sensor post cat, get a universal joint socket, an O2 Sensor socket (solid), and multiple long extensions. put the back wheels up on ramps. slide under the car. slide the O2 sensor socket from the front of the cats to the sensor using your hands. then use your hands (when the car is cold of course) the position the wire in the groove of the sensor socket. then rotate the socket until it matches up to the hex head on the sensor. then take your extensions and put the universal joint on the end. slide the entire device thru from the front of the cat. use your hands to lock in the universal joint to the socket. attach you ratchet and crank the hell out of it until it breaks loose. unhook the wire from the harness and the clips that retain it and work the sensor out with your hands. having the o2 sensor socket and a u-joint is key for this. good luck.
