I would like to introduce myself. I'm Steven Jindra, I live in the Houston, Texas area, and as of today, shall be the new owner of a 1999 280C, that I am purchasing from one of my daughters, who just bought a new car.

I will be driving it back from Dallas today and have about 4 to 5 hours of highway driving to get the feel of it.

The 280 C is in good condition, has about 100,000 miles and I would like to get another 100,000 out of it if practical.

I've never owned a luxury model car before, so what should my expectations be?

Any comments or recommendations are appreciated.
