Hey guys im getting ready to buy my first mercedes and im looking for some feedback as to whether im getting a good deal or not and what are some potential (if any) problems i might have with my new car...anyway the car is a silver 2000 C230 Kompressor. it has 92000 miles on it and it has the sport package. The car is in excellent condition and the dealer wants 10500 for it. what do you guys think?

also are there any common problems with this model: bad tranny, electrical, etc.?

If it were me, I would run a Carfax with the VIN just to be sure there's nothing nasty.
You can check the pricing on www.edmunds.com or www.kbb.com (with options if you know them).
Just a few thoughts.
