Need tips for a used C-class
Hi,
I am looking for a C-class around 2001-2005.
Currently I am thinking about the C230/Kompressor, or C320.
Any one have some advises on it? Major defects, maintenance costs?

In my opinion do not get any kompressor motor. We replace alot of them at our shop. Plain v-6 motors are the best. Best advice i can give is pay the charge [ $100.00 ] and have car checked out by a benz tech / shop before you buy

OK, you have my attention. I was planning to go look at a C230 Kompressor Coupe Monday. What fails on these engines? At what mileage do they typically fail? Is it a matter of maintenance?
