Hello everyone,
I need some help. I currently have an 07 C230 sport and I'm thinking about trading it in today for an 09 C300 sport. Being they are both manual, and rwd, and without the 4matic system I'm basically trading in for a newer, little larger and little more powerful C class.
My main questions and what I need help with is if there are any performance upgrades to the c300. I'm looking for people with the c300 to let me know if there's anything I can do to beef up the HP any bit. One thing I wanted to fo with my C230 was performance upgrades but couldn't really find anything to do to it. People just kept telling me I should have bought a C32 AMG. Yeah, like I've got an extra 30gs sitting around. I've got the money and a great deal on this C300 and it's about 20-30 more HP than my C230 but it's still only 220-230HP.
Is there anything easy, fairly cheap (not turbocharger price range) that I can do to get any extra HP out of it?

Have you found anything? The wife just got that same C300 you talked about, and i got the BMW 335i. I found tons of stuff to do to my BMW, but coming up blank on the C300 except for an overpriced Renntech tune (it's been a while since I looked but it was at least $1500 for less than 20 hp). I think I'll pop the K&N filters in when the old ones are ready to be changed, but they're about brand new now.
